We arrived after 9:00 p.m. and were warmly greeted and checked in with all the information we needed for our overnight stay. 「When we booked this property we based it off of a 9.4/10 rating and pictures available. We found out the day that we checked in that the reviews giving the 9.4 were “external” reviews and could not be accessed.
