Un hôtel très bien situé et un personnel très agréable. Il y a des parkings à proximité et on peut décharger les valises devant l’hôtel avant d’aller garer sa voiture.
La chambre est simple et spacieuse. Le petit-déjeuner est varié. J’y retournerai avec plaisir
Accueil très agréable. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Parking gratuit à 1 minute à pied (sauf le dimanche où il est fermé).

Il se situe au centre du village charmant. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, Hôtel vieillissent mais les efforts d'amélioration et de garder propre sont visibles.
Bien en général, cependant peut être perfectible !
La chambre est grande, le lit est large et confortable, la décoration est jolie, seul bémol, la salle d'eau, équipements usagés qui ne correspondent plus aux besoins actuels, bidet inutile, chasse d'eau consomme beaucoup d'eau, baignoire démodée, serait bien remplacée par une douche italienne,

Devait être un grand hôtel, mais maintenant fait un peu vieillot, mais c'est encore très bien, le rapport qualité/prix est bon. J'ai eu froid, même en montant le chauffage, des convecteurs surannés, mais encore en parfait état. Pas de couverture supplémentaire. Annonce restaurant alors qu'il ne le font plus, juste le petit déjeuner.
Parking ville gratuit à 5 minutes.
Un week-end excellent,un accueil convivial et des personnes disponibles pour vous donner de bonnes adresses,vous orienter et vous prévenir quand il y a des inconvénients de circulation dus à l’installation d’un marché. Un personnel vraiment très chaleureux. Je n’hésiterai pas d’y retourner l’an prochain .
Le séjour s’est très bien déroulé,le personnel est convivial , agréable et près à tout pour vous aider. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont copieux et très bon sans être onéreux. Notre but était d’avoir un pied à terre pour le soir et la nuit afin de disposer de notre journée .le petit plus est que les animaux sont admis quelque soit la taille.

Personnel très accueillant,du charme d’antan mais beaucoup de choses nécessiteraient d’être refaites.Cependant,entre une grande chaîne d’hôtels et celui-ci,notre choix est fait
Hôtel très vieillot salle de bain d’un autre temps plancher très très bruyant les serviettes n’ont pas été changées pendant les 5 nuits de notre séjour uniquement 2 doses de shampoing douche pour deux et pour 5 nuits heureusement nous sommes prévoyants
Seul point positif le lit est très confortable
Le petit déjeuner est nul
Plus jamais !!!!
Chambres très propres, avec un équipement qui date un peu, mais en bon état. Hôtel calme, même si le mois de février n'est pas encore la saison des cures dans cette ville de Châtel Guyon.
Accueil irréprochable depuis plusieurs séjours effectués à l'occasion de la Bourse aux minéraux. Petit déjeuner bien fourni. Personnel toujours à l'écoute 😋

L'hotel est très bien situé avec une chambre spacieuse mais l'intérieur méritrait d'être rafraichi (peinture, salle de bain, mobilier). Accueil agréable, petit déjeuner
Mauvaise insonorisation, rue extrêmement bruyante avec un bar à proximité et des consommateurs éméchés (chants, cris hurlements), même fenêtres fermées (peu isolantes car vétustes), nous avons très peu dormi.
Il y a cependant des chambres donnant sur le jardin intérieur qui doivent être très bien, mais hélas nous n'en avons pas bénéficié.
Je ne recommande pas dans cet hotel.
