Personnels accueillants notamment la jeune femme qui est très sympathique.
Je laisse très peu d’avis cependant je tiens à souligner la qualité de son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse.
Une personne qui a su répondre à nos questions et demandes par téléphone avec réactivité juste avant notre séjour.
À la prochaine occasion je reviendrai pour sûr.
Nos enfants l’ont appréciée tout autant...
「An excellent location for exploring Grenoble. Easy to use trams outside property. The property was quiet, the bed comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. The only fault was the sink in the bathroom the plug would not come up so we could only use the kitchen sink. Although it was easy to check in not having staff onsite means there is nowhere to report any problems.」
「Bra litet hotell, finns det nödvändiga. Trevlig personal. Frukosten kunde vara lite roligare och badrummen skulle verkligen behöva renoveras(på hotellrummen). Men för denna prisnivå så får man säga att det är helt ok. 」
"The hotel is very conveniently located near the train station, but the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable on hot days. It said 24-hour staff, but they were not there early in the morning. I needed to check out early morning, so I called and messaged the staff to ask them to send me a receipt, but they ignored my calls and messages."
