Maison Avec Grand Terrain

  • In southern Ardèche, property with authentic charm that can accommodate up to 8 people, in an old stone clède, completely restored. Located on a property of 8000 m2, in nature with a wooded part in terraces, this rental is aimed at people who love the countryside. You will find all amenities nearby (6 km).<br>From the property, you will have access to several hiking trails.<br>For safety reasons, we cannot accept our animal friends.<br>The region offers many points of interest (Ardèche gorges, Chauvet cave, listed villages, canoeing, swimming in rivers etc...)<br>Given the calm that reigns in this house, student parties are not tolerated in this rental. Depending on your wishes and your temperament without any obligation, you will find from the owner many information and advice to occupy your leisure time independently or benefit from his skills of accompaniment and supervision in various more or less sporting activities (hiking, climbing, canoeing, motorcycle cycling) and this voluntarily. But why not end the day by enjoying the barbecue area after a friendly game of petanque or according to an aperitif around the pool.

The beautiful Ardèche

A fantastic house in a good location with fantastic hosts. The property was amazing. Huge areas for whatever you cared to do. Relaxing on sofas, eating dinner either inside or out, playing boule, it was all catered for. The BBQ area was fantastic and the kids really enjoyed the pool. I would highly recommend this idyllic escape to anyone. recommend this recommend this

Fantastic place

A very warm hearted place. The hosts know everything about the area and the special places to see in Ardeche. The house is comfortable, and personal. Very recommendable to families and people who look for great experiences in the beautiful Ardéche.

Super property with fantastic hosts

I don't often write reviews for places I go to but the quality of this property and the hospitality of the owners (Francis and Marylise) has inspired me! Shortly after arrival Francis told us we were his first ever English visitors ...... what could possibly go wrong! Well in this case nothing. The property was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay. Our small amount of French, our hosts English (far supierior to our French!) and a good dose of Franglaise and Google translate meant any communication issues were soon overcome. A couple of things worth knowing :- - You do need to be in a car as the property is in an amasing but remote setting ...you won't be walking to the boulangerie every morning as it's just too far - Francis is a sports person and can help sort out Kayaking, climbing etc so don't book these in advance like we did - Take mozzi repellent and don't forget to put it on!! I could write loads but simply put ..... Just book to stay, I'm sure you'll have a great time!

Sans nos hôtes, nous n’aurions pas passé les mêmes vacances ! Merci à Marylise et Francis pour leur implication, leurs bons conseils, leur accueil et leur gentillesse tout au long de ce séjour. Nous sommes 8 jeunes qui avons passé un week end chez Francis et sa compagne, couple très sympathique et accueillant et peu envahissant. La maison est très bien équipée autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Commerces et commodités à quelques minutes en voiture. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf bij Francis en Marylise. Het begon al bij de heel persoonlijke ontvangst (de pizza-oven was bijvoorbeeld al aangestoken!). Het huis is perfect uitgerust. Wij verbleven er in de winter en konden gebruik maken van de twee haardvuren (waarvoor Francis in stilte extra hout bij bracht). De omgeving is rustig en groen, met kleine dorpjes en een mooi riviertje in de buurt. En de grote bezienswaardigheden van de Ardèche zijn ook binnen handbereik. Bovendien kan je bij Francis altijd terecht voor tips en advies, zodat je mee kunt profiteren van zijn rijke ervaring met buitensporten. Wij zijn super enthousiast!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Haus von Marylise und Francis. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner, als es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist! Perfekt für zwei Familien: mit vier Schlafzimmern, sehr komfortablen Betten, zwei Bädern, großem Wohnzimmer, sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, Haushaltsraum mit Waschmaschine und einem praktischen Abstellraum samt Tiefkühltruhe. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit perfekt gewarteten Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Das Haus war makellos sauber! Besonders hat uns zudem gefallen die Outdoor-Küche mit Pizzaofen und Grill, das kleine Outdoor-Fitnessstudio sowie der große, täglich gereinigte Pool, den wir jeden Tag mit Freude genutzt haben! Das Grundstück ist riesig und wunderschön. Tischtennis, Boule, Federball - alles vorhanden! Marylise und Francis sind ganz wundervolle Gastgeber! Sie wohnen im hinteren Teil des Hauses, waren sehr diskret, aber jederzeit ansprechbar. Der Empfang war herzlich – mit Rosé, Gebäck, Erfrischungen und Süßem für die Kinder. Wir hatten sehr nette Gespräche. Sie sind unglaublich bemüht, ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt schön zu gestalten. Francis installierte sogar extra einen Deckenventilator auf der Terrasse, um die Mücken fernzuhalten! Francis lud uns zu einer Kanu-Tour ein – leider fehlte uns die Zeit. Trotzdem haben wir uns über Geste sehr gefreut! Charmante Dörfer und Flüsse zum Baden sind in direkter Nähe! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub!

Nous avons passé un week-end fantastique, profitant des atouts de la région et particulièrement de cette location.Nos hôtes, Marie-Lyse et Francis, présents mais discrets nous ont accueilli chaleureusement dans leur havre de paix.Gîte très fonctionnel, au delà de nos espérances, au calme, isolé, grands espaces de vie intérieur et surtout extérieur, terrasse ombragée, petite piscine conviviale, cuisine extérieure avec four à pizzas, terrain de pétanque, ping-pong…parfait !Important, cette location est à déconseiller aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou difficile car beaucoup de petits changements de niveaux.

Des propriétaires absolument formidables, qui nous font partager les bons plans de visites du coin. Très attentifs et à l'écoute pour notre bien être, adorables.La maison est juste magnifique, fraiche pour bien dormir, très bien équipée, literie au top, salles de bain impeccable, tout est beau et fonctionnel, avec de beaux espaces intérieurs.Terrasse nickel, cuisine d'été idem, four à pizza et plancha, nous nous sommes régalés....Aménagements extérieurs terrain de pétanque, table ping-pong super .Le coin est tres calme, proche des commerces, et la vue de la maison sur les vignes et les bois est la garantie de passer des nuits très calmes.Je recommande vivement. Toller Erlebnisurlaub mit vielen Highlights!

Wir haben tolle 2 Wochen mit unseren 4 Kindern (10 - 21) in den Herbstferien in der Ardèche verbracht. Für uns eine der schönsten Urlaubsregionen die wir kennen. Das Wetter ist in dieser Jahreszeit super angenehm, meist sonnig und etwas über 20 Grad, so dass man viel wandern, klettern, etc. kann. Bei schlechtem Wetter (Ende Oktober durchaus möglich) gibt es genügend Indoor Aktivitäten (Grotte Chauvet2, Tropfsteinhöhlen...). Gastgeber Ganz besonders möchten wir uns bei den Gastgebern Marylise und Francis bedanken, die uns freundschaftlich empfangen haben. Insbesondere Francis hat sich als pensionierter Outdooraktivitäten Professor toll um uns gekümmert. Wir haben seine unaufdringlichen gratis Angebote gerne angenommen und sind mit ihm 1 x Wandern und 2x mal als totale Anfänger klettern gewesen. Auch haben wir seine Tipps für Wanderungen genutzt. Unterkunft Hier gibt es auch nur positives zu berichten. Die Unterkunft ist so schön und großzügig wie auf den Fotos. Es ist alles da, was man für eine große Familie benötigt und sogar ein Pizza-Holzsteinofen, den wir für ein Familien-Pizzabackevent genutzt haben. Vielen Dank für den tollen und Urlaub und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique demeure ardéchoise avec tout le confort A disposition ( terrain de pétanque-badminton-ping-pong - piscine pour se ressourcer ) Le soir de notre arrivée Marylise et Francis nous ont offert un pot d’accueil. Et nous avons échangé sur les sites à visiter dans la région et Francis nous a proposé de nous accompagner sur divers activités randonnée escalade canoë. Coline a fait deux heures d’escalade avec Francis un pur bonheur Nous voilà parti pour une descente de 12 km sur l’Ardèche, matériel fourni gratuitement par Francis. La descente fut périlleuse quelle patience il a eu Merci beaucoup Francis

Séjour heureux en Ardèche

Propriété ardèchoise authentique avec toutes les commodités essentielles et plus encore, idéale pour famille avec enfants.
