"This is the first hotel we checked in after arriving in the US 3 years ago. We’ve been to several hotels since then. But this time we chose to go back to Holiday Inn and so far it’s still the best. It’s clean, affordable, the free breakfast is nice and rooms are spacious. Parking is also free. "

"As a member of Hilton I am extremely disappointed in the experience I had at this hotel. From the initial interaction with the front desk agent with the entire morning staff, every staff member was rude and dismissive except for the Assistant GM and the lady that works the night shift. Upon arrival the first room we were given was not clean at all, there were nails on the dresser, hair all over the bathroom sink and the shower, bugs in the sink and on the walls, smelly hallways etc. and when asked for a room replacement we were met with attitude as if our request was an inconvenience. Along with these requests, we asked for a room clean service twice and did not receive it, which means for the entire duration of our stay our room was not cleaned or refreshed and our stay was a total of 3 nights. Overall, I would not recommend staying in this hotel. For reasons like not polite staffing, insufficient cleanliness, and the conditions of the hotel. "
