"Everything was good but the Ice machine was not working"

"The only issue I had was with checkout. The employee on day shift said that staff was available 24 hours a day. When I went into the lobby at 4am to checkout, the employee was in a back office. When she finally came out, she wasn’t wearing shoes and she wasn’t wearing a name tag or any type of clothing to indicate she actually worked there. She was irritated that I was bothering her and told me I could have just left the key cards in the room. I told her that wasn’t what I was told when I had inquired about early checkout. She repeated that I could have left the key cards in the room, then turned around and headed back to the office."
