Completely private unit Separate entrance This is a great location, quiet country setting but close to shopping, hospitals, banks, parks and basically everything you need within a five minute drive, but you will feel like your out in the county when at home. There is a private backyard with patio if you would like to grill or just chill. Security camera's surround the parameter for your safety and privacy. Parking spot on well lit driveway. Dogs are permitted with pet fee. No cats please.

Your townhouse is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay much more than being in a hotel! We were very busy and never needed to cook as we were out most of the time, but we did use the Keurig for coffee. Our only issue was trying to unlock the door, but we got a quick response when we text you about it! Very much appreciated it so quickly and our issue was resolved with a new code. Thank you again.

I can't say enough great things about our stay! Extremely well appointed, they've truly thought of everything. Comfortable beds & furnishings - and a STOCKED kitchen. Our hosts were extremely quick to respond to any communications and the location is superb. Close to everything yet so peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning walks in the neighborhood and look forward to returning!

Very clean. Had to make a few dishes to take to a Thanksgiving dinner. I brought everything I needed to prepare the dishes, but the kitchen was so well stocked, I didn’t need anything I brought. Great job!

We stayed here while moving our son into college. The communication and the hosts were fantastic!! The description did say it was a townhouse but it didn't mention that the townhouse was built into the owner's garage. So I was a caught off guard upon arrival. However, the property provided everything we needed for our stay. Our dogs loved being able to roam in the fenced backyard. We will definitely consider this property when we return for visits while he's in school.

Husband and teen stayed at this property for a week while in town for hockey. The owners are very nice, and the rental is clean and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood with little traffic, which was good for remote work when teen was at hockey camp. Good grocery store close by. Will definitely book again when in town next time.

It's a very quiet, comfortable, and relaxing place. Went for a getaway and NASCAR races. It's very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The owner is super nice. Yeah, getting ready to book again for next year. Thank you.

Perfect!!

We had the best time on our visit to Charlotte for the PGA Championship!! Carla and Kurt were the best hosts! They were so hospitable and their property was clean and just perfect for our week long visit. Stocked well for us to be able to cook meals at “home”. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Charlotte area!

Perfect in every way!

I cannot say enough about my wonderful stay! The townhouse was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my two month visit. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The hosts are lovely people, easily accessible and most accommodating.

Perfect for me

This garage apartment is convenient to shopping, very clean and well appointed. Kurt and Carla are excellent hosts. Carla even had Christmas decorations around the apartment for our enjoyment. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect! Cozy, clean and great hosts!

Such a cute little townhouse/apartment. Beds super comfortable and bedding very soft. Nicely decorated and great location. Quiet neighborhood. Dog friendly! Kurt and Carla are super nice and welcoming hosts. They live on the property so if we needed anything they are right there! The bedrooms upstairs are connected by a shared bathroom which was perfect for us. Also another full bath downstairs. We just loved the place and would definitely rent again when we visit NC next time. 10 out of 10!!

Everything we needed!

This townhouse was in a quiet neighborhood and met all our expectations. Also was very pet friendly with fenced in yard. Our hosts went above and beyond when we had an unexpected car issue. To be far from home and have a car issue pop up can cause a lot of unwanted stress and anxiety. This property is definitely at the top of our list when we visit the Charlotte area. Thanks again to Carla and Kurt.

Cozy, great location and well decorated

This will be our home away from home when visiting our grandkids. It is also near grocery, great eating in Monroe, close to SC and a fabulous water/ride park called Carowinds. The size of Six Flags with activities for all ages(even our 3 year old granddaughter). This one has a Peanuts theme with Snoopy, Charlie Brown characters.
