**Guest access**
The property is a keyless property. Prior to your check in date, you will be asked to download the Door app via the App Store or Google Play. A smart phone is required to access the property. On the day prior to check in, we will reach out to you to with activation instructions. DOOR/LATCH will serve as your key to get inside of the building as well as into your unit. It is very important to keep your smart phone on you at all times to move throughout the building.

Our guests will have full access to the apartment, except for one closet.

The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details.

**PLEASE NOTE - To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and confirm your contact info.It’s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Truvi. All guests will be asked to agree to all house rules and rental agreement that governs the terms of the stay. A pre -arrival form is required before your stay. Age requirement is 21+ to book. Data collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes

✅ For VRBO guests: You will also be required to choose a waiver or security hold. It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and options of a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) or non-refundable $35 damage waiver fee to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
