In the shower the curtain did not have a lining. The bottom of the shower frame was level to the floor so there was no barrier to the water running out onto the floor. I am 72 years old but still pretty strong. But a person with less muscle control might easily fall inside the shower or on a wet floor even though the bathroom was clearly a handicapped accessible unit.

Good: breakfast options are great.
Could improve: 1) rail-based bathroom door should be replaced with a normal door for more privacy. 2) Air conditioner/heater vents blow on sleeper and is hard to deflect. Something to think about.

Having to pay to park is a negative however the manager did help us out with the cost. The bathrooms need updating for handicap cap users to include walk in showers in place of step over tubs. The property is clean and well manicured. I would highly recommended staying here.

We stayed after attending a concert at the Staples center. It was very convenient, only a 0.5 mile walk. Felt safe. Rooms were clean. The free breakfast in the morning was better than average. Even had gluten free UDI’s muffins for my daughter.

Overall, the hotel is very clean and presentable. We had a very hard time sleeping though, as the beds were very hard and the noise from within the hotel and outside woke us up frequently.

first off let me say that the staff of this hotel is what made the stay good.they are very friendly and willing to help the guests. security was also very attentive. but the room itself was very outdated and the attention to detail left it feeling dirty. parking costs $25 a day and it's on a loud street across from a jailhouse and court and it's kind of loud when cars pass. the HVAC is also pretty disruptive. I would suggest staying here

The location isn’t right near much shopping. It is close to the arena and court houses but it’s about a 15 min walk to shopping and dining. That said the staff was outstanding. High high compliments to the kitchen staff!

The stay was lovely but the noise was a lot at night… lots of revving cars. That was the only concern.
