Boho-Bagh | Gated 1.5 Acres, Sleeps 14, Pets OK

`Out beyond ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing, there is a field. I`ll meet you there.` (Rumi) Boho-Bagh is that field: a colorful 3-bedroom home on 1.5 fully fenced, double-gated acres in northeast Charlotte. Big deck, big yard, a small fire pit, and room for everyone. Sleeps 14.

`Bagh` is Persian for garden, a place to gather and celebrate. We painted the house in 32 interior and 5 exterior colors, each tied to a chakra, so every room has its own mood. Pick the one that feels like you.

• 1.5-acre lot, fully fenced with a double gate, and parking for several cars inside the gate
• Large deck for meals and hanging out, and a wide-open yard for play
• Small fire pit for evenings outside
• Washer and dryer
• Full kitchen, plus coffee, linens, and towels ready for you
• Pets welcome with our approval and a pet fee

Getting around: About 10 to 15 minutes to UNC Charlotte, the Blue Line light rail, IKEA, Concord Mills, PNC Music Pavilion, and Charlotte Motor Speedway, and a short drive to Uptown.

House rules

We keep things simple, and we do hold to these:

• Guest count: only the number of guests on the booking may be at the home, at any time.
• No parties. Small gatherings, retreats, or photo shoots need our written OK before you book, and a fee applies.
• Pets: allowed with our approval before arrival. $120 per pet, per stay. If you have multiple pets, message us to discuss.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home. A penalty of at least $500, plus cleaning and any damage costs, applies.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be kind to our neighbors.
• Check-in after 4 PM, checkout by 11 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be possible if the calendar allows: $75 on weekdays, $100 on a Friday or Saturday. Please ask ahead.
• Cameras: cameras cover the gates and entrances only, to confirm arrival, departure, and guest count. No cameras inside, and the rest of the yard is private.
• Please don`t drop by before booking. The home is only open to guests with a confirmed stay.
