"The place itself looks fine on line (you pay for what you get and this is an economical price point), but it is almost impossible to find- even with GPS- could be an island issue- but once you get to the general vicinity the area is NOT what one would expect. If you are from out of town you want to feel safe- the neighborhood did not give any sense of safety- and I am from a large city. I am sure the place itself is cute; just be sure to look into the area first especially if you are not used to...

The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean.
