"$20 to park is too expensive and is a money grab. This should have been included in the price for a suburban hotel. The pool was a nice addition and our kids loved it. The front desk doesn’t answer the phone. We only received 1 towel for showering (the pool has separate towels). I called the front desk and couldn’t get through. Starbucks is nice but the staff is very slow. There were 4 people in line and it took about 25 minutes to get a black coffee at 7am. People were loud in the hallways until about 1am. I’m not trying to confront people drinking in the hallways. Again, the front desk phone should be answered to resolve these types of things."

"This was perfect. We picked this place because it was not too far from Boston, but not in Boston. We drove in for a concert. It was a little longer of a drive than we thought, but still doable. The place was immaculate and comfortable. The host was great, and always answered any questions quickly. We did enjoy shopping very close by. There’s a mall and a large shopping center with stores for everyone."
