「Excellent location and very responsive hosts. The unit does not have its own thermostat which was problematic. Opening and closing the windows was how we controlled the temperature once we got tired of messaging the host every time it needed adjusting. 「We enjoyed a quick stay in Chatham County. It was very clean inside, despite the age of the home. The porches and porch chairs could have used a hose off before we arrived! It is very close to the road, but the host was thoughtful and provided a sound machine and earplugs in the bedside drawers. Very comfortable bed. It was a great little place.」

「Fantastic house - cozy, well maintained & stocked with everything we needed for the week. The location can’t be beat - walkable to Franklin St, campus & beautiful trails (Bolin Creek & Battle Branch). We saw deer in the yard multiple days :-) Jenny was a terrific host & all communication was prompt. Highly recommend!!!」

「The condo is an end unit which led to it being more private. The area and grounds were a bit worn down and dated. The unit itself had an odd smell, likely from being closed up too long. It was simply “okay” but a bit pricey compared to our next condo (which was in better condition). 」
