「Excellent location and very responsive hosts. The unit does not have its own thermostat which was problematic. Opening and closing the windows was how we controlled the temperature once we got tired of messaging the host every time it needed adjusting. Upgrade to bath towels would be a good investment, otherwise everything was fine. The electric door lock broke and owners were unable to repair it during our stay. 「The condo is an end unit which led to it being more private. The area and grounds were a bit worn down and dated. The unit itself had an odd smell, likely from being closed up too long. It was simply “okay” but a bit pricey compared to our next condo (which was in better condition). 」

「We had a friends reunion at this lovely place. Seamless check in, very responsive host who responded quickly to questions. Very clean home and bedrooms and baths, well supplied kitchen, quiet neighborhood, parking in driveway was easy (and free). Conveniently located near coffee shops and grocery stores, not at all far from center of Chapel Hill. Would stay here again enthusiastically!」

「A great place to stay! The home was beautiful and rich in culture. On the walls were wonderful pictures and blurbs detailing the significance of the people and local history. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of mugs, dishes and silverware (enough for 12). Across the street is Brandwein's Bagels that taste like they came from NY. We walked one block to Franklin Street where we explored the UNC campus, ate and shopped. We hope to be back soon.」
