「My husband and I stayed for two nights to explore the area -- cute little cottage! Ideally located near UNC, restaurants, and shops and in a quiet neighborhood. Brad communicated with us frequently to ensure all our needs were met. House was clean upon arrival and would stay again if we're ever in that area.」

「This is a great property. We had 3 adults and plenty of room. It was nicely decorated and had many nice features above a 5 star rating! If we travel back to Chapel Hill, we will definitely try to stay here. The city bus stops almost by the driveway and it is free to travel on it. We rode it to the N.C. University baseball park each day. The second day, the bus was a few minutes early and the driver actually stopped at the driveway and honked the horn!!!! I just can’t recommend this place...

「The house is located at the end of a quiet street within walking distance of Parker Preserve. We enjoyed being able to go walking without having to drive. We saw lots of birds and enjoyed the peaceful setting. Parking is easy. There is a full kitchen and the host was very responsive. The chocolates on the pillows were sweet.Convenient to Carrboro and UNC-Chapel Hill.」

「Had a great time. We were visiting with family and had guest over a few times. The house was very accommodating and comfortable. The bathrooms were great and the kitchen as well. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Really enjoyed the Hot Tub and the location in Chapel Hill was perfect.」
