期待以上のホテルでした

初めてのアメリカ旅行で、家族がスミソニアン博物館別館や射撃場への訪問を希望していた為、ロケーションと価格でこちらのホテルを選択。結果、大正解でした。渡航前にホームページからチャットで予約確認や質問もでき、最初から好印象。現地空港へは電話一本で無料送迎。ただ、徒歩圏内には良いレストランがなく、不味いバーベキュー屋に入ってしまい、後から素直にホテルのレストランで夕食をとれば良かったと後悔しました。翌朝、ホテルレストランで朝食をとったところ、とても美味しく、サービスも良くて驚きました。フロントの方も、中には無愛想な人も居ましたが、白人男性、白人女性はとても親切でした。コストパフォーマンスの良いおすすめのホテルです。

米国の標準的なホテル

米国におけるごく標準的なホテルです。日本のホテルに比べると行き届いていない点が多く、料金としても割高に感じますが、これが米国の標準ですので、致し方ありません。

納得感あります

翌日のダレス空港からのフライトのため一泊だけの滞在。空港までの送迎サービスもあり、突出して素晴らしい点はないものの、全てにおいて不満はなく全体として納得感がありました。周辺にレストランやファーストフードがあり、食事には困りません。

ホテル内のレストランは従業員もメニューも文句なし！

このホテルから歩いて行ける範囲にはファストフードのレストランしかないという不便がありましたが、その欠点をホテル内のレストランBob O'sがすべてカバーしてくれました。従業員の応対姿勢もメニューの種類も味もすべて満足のいくものでした。Ｈａｐｐｙｈｏｕｒのビール一杯2ドルというのもうれしいサービスです。

It’s ok for few days, facility is old but clean enough. Very convenient location, many options to dine out. Pool was closed, breakfast was ok. Average hotel.

I requested a non-smoking room and the suite smelled like smoke. In fact, the whole entire hotel including our room smelled strongly of mildew as well as cigarette smoke. Noise from my wing was terrible. Someone always fighting or the side door to outside constantly being slammed. The customer service ladies at the front desk were rude and looked down at me when I requested extra toiletries. Light bulb out in bathroom and they wouldn’t replace it. The closet where mini frig was located was exactly that – a closet they tore the doors off to insert the frig. No light above so the area was dark. Holiday Inn Chantilly-Dulles Expo Center was falsely advertised...there was no free breakfast at this site. Also, the site is older so the shower was outdated. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

When we arrived there was a homeless person lying on the sidewalk on the side of the building. That was much better than the roach on the bathroom floor. Not a fan and would never return.

They are remodeling and I was in a room directly under where they were jack hammering. Came back to my room at 4:00 and was told they’d stole between 5:00 and 6:00. I had the tv in 70 and still couldn’t hear it. Why rent a room directly under construction ? There has to be schedule..

Didn’t arrive until 8:30 pm. Was charged 50$ for incidental. Torilet had a leak, and had to continue to shake handle to stop it from running. Next morning, 1 regular, 1 decaf, coffee in room. I have stayed at this hotel app 6+ times over the years. Needs TLC

During my 2-day stay, I only talked to one person--Khan at the front desk was helpful. However, this facility is in desperate need of a remodel. While my room was fairly clean, the desk chair was very shabby (I requested and received a better one) and all the furniture was old. On Friday night, right outside my window, there were small, souped up cars roaring up and down a side road. Very noisy.

It was close to the interstate, and it was easy to get into and leave from. Convient restaurants close by.
