View of the ocean is amazing

Get the room with a view of the sea and you will be amazed at every hour of the day...sunsets!!! Kitchenette for simple meals and coffee..perfect! Great hospitality too!

Super beliggenhed tæt på strand og by. Et lille sted med venlige værter. Skøn udsigt fra altanen. Værelset var noget mindre end det billede man fik fra beskrivelsen. Der var et stort problem, at der sjældent var varmt vand. Døren i brusekabinen (værelse 6) sluttede ikke til, så vandet løb ud over hele gulvet.

The Semeli was a great place to stay. We loved it. In a great location right by Nea Chora beach, with great acces to local bars and a short hop to the old town and harbour. This family run aparthotel is really friendly, they waited outside to meet us on arrival 9pm and showed us how everything worked etc. Small hob, balcony, free raki and kept clean by the family themselves daily. Only downside is the shower (a bit retro!) in the apartment we stopped in, but perfectly good for the 9 days we stayed hence slightly lower score in amenities. We'd happily recommend to anyone, obviously not good if you don't do stairs but otherwise a very nice, quiet yet central place to stay in Chania.

L'affittacamere è situato nella bellissima zona di Nea Xora, ricca di spiagge splendide e ristoranti molto buoni. Tranquilla e piena di vita la sera, dista solo 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Il proprietario, Giorgio, parla molto bene l'italiano ed è stato gentilissimo e molto attento, fornendoci informazioni utilissime su come muoverci e cosa vedere nella regione ovest dell'isola. Assolutamente raccomandato, sia per coppie che per famiglie

Prisvärt hotell

Trevligt mottagande och hjälp med parkering. Vi kom på onsdag kväll och kände inte till att gatan lite nedanför hotellet blev en marknadsgata på torsdag morgon (trevlig marknad förövrigt). Rum med balkong och utsikt mot havet. Rummet litet men väldigt bra. Många mysiga restauranger alldeles intill hotellet. Mycket prisvärt boende.

Ottima posizione e possibilità parcheggio nonostante i giorni del ferragosto. Appartamento comodo e pulito, unici punti sfavorevoli zona soggiorno con angolo cottura senza finestra e lavatrice abbastanza vecchia. Proprietari molto gentili, simpatici e disponibili.

It was ok

Central location, spacious apartment however the shower was leaking so bathroom ended up flooded after each shower. In saying that it was only rated at 2 stars so you get what you paid for.

Gorgeous Sea view, friendly and helpful host!!!

My stay over at the hotel was amazing!! The host was nice and friendly, helping me out with directions to places of attraction and allowing me to store my luggage till the evening even after check out. The room has everything you need, space was just nice except for the shower, which is abit small. The view from the balcony was incredibly gorgeous!!! I really enjoyed my stay over at the place. Definitely would want to come bak here in the future!! Recommended!!!

Super beliggenhet og topp service!

Perfekt beliggenhet, 2 minutter til stranden og balkong med utsikt over idyllisk båthavn med fiskerbåter. Gode restauranter i nærheten. Fantastisk service fra vertskapet, kjøpte ny overmadrass når vi klaget over harde senger, og kjørte oss til nærmeste ATM! Vårt rom var litt lite, men dette ble oppveiet av en fin balkong med nydelig utsikt. Anbefales på det varmeste, jeg kommer gjerne tilbake!

The view from our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Only a 10 mins walk to the old town and a minute away from the beach. The hotel is run by a cute family and the reception is really their living room. It was a bit confusing at first because they were not around when we arrived and we thought we were at the wrong place but as soon as we saw our room, we forgot about that

Wonderful terrace, quiet area, friendly staff.

The hotel is small but very clean and well managed. The rooms are recently reformed and have all the basic facilities. The area is quiet during the night and very close to the beach and the restaurants. The view from the balcony is stunning, especially during sunset.

Super emplacement au dessus du nouveau port de La Canée à proximité de l'ancienne ville. Le plus étant la vue du soleil couchant sur la mer avec les feux d'artifices au loin ! Nous y étions en début août.

Nära till allt! Trevlig familjeägd hotell!

Perfekt för två veckorsvistelse. Pentry för enklare måltider. Rent och fräsch. A/C som fungerar väldigt bra. Suverän Wi-Fi. Gott om plats i garderoben. Något trångt att bo med extra babysäng men det gick bra. Bekväm säng. Jobbigt ibland att bo på 3:e våningen utan hiss och med en 3årig som vägrade gå själv. Men det var bra vardagsmotion. Något svårt med parkeringen i området men det gick att hitta plats hyfsat nära.

Wonderful hosts

We had a wonderful stay. This is a family-run hotel, the hosts were exceptional, we had a very late check-in at 11pm and the owner waited for us to take us up to the room, recommended restaurants nearby. A special thank you to him and his wife, such friendly, nice people. The hotel is located right across the beach, beautiful views of the harbor (we had a sea-view room), 10-minute walk from the city center along the embankment, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to comfortably walk. The rooms are exactly as in the photos, nice, simple and clean. Lots of fish restaurants around.
