Great all-inclusive

Stayed for a week in September-October. Good solid breakfast, and plenty if restaurants ro choose feom in the neighborhood. Beach access with dedicated shades and sunbeds. Swimup pool convenient but not heated - colder than the ocean.

Superb staff! They welcomed us with smoothies and refreshing towels at the reception - totally loved it! We liked our swim up, food was good, we managed to get sunbeds by the pool even after breakfast time and it was easy to access buses to Chania. Spent 5 nights at this hotel and when arriving we were surprisingly upgraded to a bigger room with a shared swimming pool and a huge terrace with our own sun beds. Very quiet at the end of the corridor. The facility closest to the beach feels modern and clean. The rooms (at least ours) was aged and a bit outdated. Yes it was satisfactory clean. We chose All inclusive and the variety and themes were really good. Lots of gluten free options, and also the kitchen could make other dishes upon request. We didn’t use the pool area since we had our own, but it was quite small and guests took beds way before opening. The private beach with umbrellas was nice, but the waves were too high to safely swim but the beach guards were good at monitoring and looking out for the guests.

The hotel is nice but to may noise from children and the keep housing, everyday I jumped the bed due the high noise in the corridors from children and the guys responsible to the clenan. Is a good place if you have children, not good to rest and relax

Beautiful resort, unfortunately nothing we wanted. According to hotels website it was close to old port. That was not the case. It was 18 miles away!! If you are a family with children wonderful, but not for us.

The place was lovely. Most guests purchase some sort of all-inclusive package for the family and don’t leave the property for anything. That is too bad since there is too much nearby. The hotel was lovely but our air conditioning failed the last night and no one had expertise to fix it. So that was very unpleasant.

We hadden de beste kamer met jacuzzi geboekt. Maar deze lekte aan alle kanten, er zaten veel mieren. We hebben sommige dingen zoals kamer schoonmaken Er zou dagelijks house cleaning zijn en 1x in de 2 of 3 dagen beddengoed. En het bed is maar 1x in de 6 dagen verschoond (na de eerste keer slapen, daarna niet meer) Toen hebben we dit ook 2 keer aangegeven (gebeld en bij de balie) en toen kwamen ze dit de volgende dag doen en waren na 5 minuten al weer uit de kamer. Dit was ook te zien want het was nog steeds niet goed schoon. Ook viel het ons op dat ze bij het verwisselen van de handdoeken, de handdoeken die wij op de grond hadden gelegd, dezelfde hadden teruggelegd maar wel opgevouwen. Dus vieze handdoeken. We zijn een aantal keer naar de balie gelopen en ze waren aardig, maar er werd eigenlijk weinig actie ondernomen. Want we vroegen ook op de eerste dag of de kamer kon worden omgeboekt en dit zouden ze de volgende dag in de ochtend laten weten door te bellen, maar ook dat hadden ze niet gedaan. Ook jacuzzi 2 keer aangegeven dat deze niet goed werkte (voor de jacuzzi betaalden we een stuk meer omdat we deze graag wilden hebben) en hebben ze ook niks mee gedaan. Ook was de bar bij het zwembad niet open en wij zaten best afgelegen, dit was ons niet verteld dus we moesten steeds ver lopen. Pas de laatste dag toen wij weggingen, ging deze bar open. Ook waren er bij ons in de buurt werkzaamheden van een zwembad, waardoor wij ‘s ochtends al vroeg wakker werden van de herrie.

Die Einrichtung ist gut und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind ok. Die Betten waren für uns etwas zu weich. Das Hotel ist stark auf All Inclusive ausgelegt. Die meisten AI Gäste bleiben an den Pools, in der Nähe AI Bars, denn am Strand gibt es nur eine Bar gegen Bezahlung. Für uns positiv, dafür waren mehr Liegen am Strand frei. Die Bars vom Hotel öffnen erst um 10.00 Uhr und der Kaffee aus dem Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht wirklich genießbar. Für B&B bucher ist ein Mietauto zu empfehlen, wenn man in guten Restaurants essen möchte. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden und wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Fint men otrevligt

Fint hotell, men personalen saknar helt service-tänk och anpassningsförmåga. Hotellet har så många regler att det mer känns som ett strikt sommarkollo. Personalen verkar heller inte ha något emot att säga nej även till dom mest enkla förfrågningarna. Ett hånfullt leende bjöd dom dock gärna på i receptionen när dom märkte hur frustrerad man blev över hur lite hjälpsamma dom var. En gång gav dom varandra till och med High Five’s efter att ha nekat oss att ta emot ett par nycklar som skulle hämtas en timma senare av en bekant. När städerskan första dagen hade tagit och slängt en hel orökt cigarr från vår balkong, rykte bara receptionisten på axlarna, log och sa ”What can I do about it?”. Man får enbart ett nyckelkort per rum, även om man är fyra som bor i rummet. Det gick inte att checka ut kl 12 istället för kl 11. Det gick inte att få en ny badhandduk om du inte var där på morgonen, även om dom hade flera kvar. Det är inte lov att bada i poolen innan klockan 10 eller efter klockan 18, så morgon och kvällsdopp är bara att glömma. Huvudbaren öppnar inte förens 18:30, dryckesdispensrarna var ständigt ur funktion, dom unga killarna i baren var mer upptagna av att tuffa sig inför varandra än att ge bra service mm mm. Flera av gästerna vi pratade med upplevde det samma som vi. Bortsett från den slängda cigarren var städerskan den som gjorde det bästa jobbet på hela anläggningen. Så ett fint och fräscht hotell, men inget för dig som vill ha ett trevligt och hjälpsamt bemötande.

Schönes Hotel, allerdings sehr groß . Besonders geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Bis nach Chania sind es ca.15 km und mit dem Auto ca .20. Minuten Fahrzeit. Frühstück ist gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer lag ruhig, hatte leider nur eine Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche.
