今回で２度目の宿泊でした。部屋はシャワーのみで、前回より狭かったのですが、クラブフロアが利用でき、静かでゆっくり出来ました。ハッピーアワーは２２時までと書いてありますが、お料理は２０時頃までのようです。朝食はバランス良く準備されて楽しめます。 常州北駅からもタクシーで近く、近所にパブなどもあり、また次回も利用します。

とても清潔感のあるホテル
24歳日本人会社員です。 仕事の為、トレダーズホテルに宿泊いたしました。 部屋も広く清潔感もあり、大変満足でした。 朝食も沢山種類があり、良かったと思います。 おなかを壊す事もありませんでした。 ホテル内及び、周辺にも日本料理店が数多くあり(徒歩15分程度) ご飯に困る事もありませんでした。 非常におすすめのホテルです。

非常に快適に過ごすことができました。
今回は4泊しましたが、いつも通り快適に過ごすことができました。中国語のできない私にとって、フロントの周さんは非常に頼もしく、今回も部屋のリクエスト、チェックアウト時のタクシーの手配等々助けていただきました。トレーダースはWANDU PLAZAと環球港の2つの大型ショッピングセンターにも車で数分の距離で非常に便利です。近くに公園もありますので散歩にショッピングに非常に便利なホテルです。

いつも心地よいサービス
いつも通り快適に過ごすことができました、ありがとうございます。チェックイン時はフロントの周さんに対応いただいて非常にスピーディーでスムーズなチェックインができました。言葉の面でも周さんのおかげで毎回、非常に助かっています。また、前回宿泊時にリクエストさせていただいた加湿器も部屋に設置していただいており、睡眠時の乾燥もなく快眠できました。チェックイン時に部屋をアップグレードしていただいたので、とてもきれいな日の出の景色を見ることができました。

中心街へのアクセスが良いホテル
朝食は麺、米（お粥、炊いた米＋納豆）やおかずも種類が多く、良いです。 ホテルのロケーションも町の中心街で、外での食事、移動など便利なホテルです。その為、郊外の同レベルのホテルと比べる若干高いです。 また部屋も広く、ホテル内も清潔ですが、同じく郊外の同レベルと比べると、一部の設備で若干使用感を感じる部分があります。ただ、それほど気になるレベルではありませんので、大変おすすめなホテルです。

新幹線の常州駅、常州北駅ともに遠く車での移動でないと不便。 部屋のWifiは中国国内の他のホテル（上海・大連・蘇州・杭州）に比べ接続が非常に悪い。 朝食メニューが充実していることのみが救い。

もとシャングリラ
さすがにこの辺のホテルの中ではゴージャスでサービスも行き届いている。部屋の所々には老朽化を感じるところがあったが、特に不快感はなし。バスルームが非常に良く滑るので注意ですね。朝食がとてもおいしかった。この時期、ホテルのフロントでもあからさまに日本人に対する目が違うと感じることが多いが、ここのフロントマンの対応は心地よかったです。

This property has gone down hill since it opened as a Shangrila. It is now 20 years old and despite several branding changes (now VOCO an IIHG hotel) and a renovation, the service and remodel is substandard. The hotel claims it is a 5 star but the room service menu is a joke. The food is hust bad. And the inviting feeling to foreigners it once had with English speaking employees, currency exchange service, ann ATM on premises and a room service menu loaded with foreign options, there are much better options within a mile of this location including the Marriott Xinbei and the Sheraton. Both of these options are much superior.

Zeer goed hotel met vriendelijke service
Verbleef 1 nacht in de executive suite tijdens mijn zakenreis. Vriendelijke ontvangst bij het inchecken, zeer ruime kamer/suite en heel netjes. Fantastisch ontbijt met ruime keuze en zeer verse producten. Door het verblijf in de executive suite genoten wij van een fantastisch ontbijt in de executive lounge met vriendelijke bediening. Absolute aanrader dit hotel.

Overall the hotel room and services are good. The club lounge is very spacious and comfortable with a good selection of food and drinks. The drawback is the location which is not near the train station. Also there are not much shops nearby the hotel. However it is a value for money choice for business traveller.

This Hotel is superb. A lot of other hotel chain would do well to visit this place. It is part of the Shangri-La group and excellent. In the club lounge the amenities offered are good. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Overall one of the best experience in a hotel. I have been there now three times and would return again.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. comparing to other hotels at this level, it had old accessories. But still, it was good. Breakfast buffet was good. Lobby and suroundings nice and in level expected from 5 star. Important: Staff had very good English comparing to other Changzhou hotels I stayed at. Overall a good experience with good value for price.

Perfect five ⭐️
Amazing facilities. I was on a business trip with my wife. The room were spacious, neat and tidy, bedding was soft and comfortable- I was full day on meetings and tired on fallling on bed I got up In morning fresh and charged. The breakfast and dinner were lavish and taken care for every taste. My wife is Vegan. I was worried for her food but attentive service was given by their chef Mr. Pandey. He even cooked special vegetarian dish for him her. The buffet was grand. Good selection of sea food. Lobby has got bar and live music. We spent some time there as well. The girl singing has a melodious voice. I enjoyed dancing there. Reception staff and concierge staff were helpful from the time you get out of taxi. 👍 I will definitely stay there only always. Perfect hotel in Changzhou.

Business hotel
Good location for business in the city. Decent live band in the lobby. Wifi connection was somewhat inconsistent, which was frustrating when trying to make video calls.
