"This hotel has lots of amenities and is close to the tourist sites but the rooms are very dated, the carpets and walls are stained and tired. This was advertised as 5 star luxury, no way!"

"Great location and comfortable room. The staff were professional, although not particularly friendly. We were given a room on the 6th floor, and unfortunately the view was obstructed by the building’s lower roof, which was disappointing. Overall, a good hotel with an excellent location."

"The hotel’s location is very convenient. It is within walking distance to the subway station and bus stops. There are also a couple of tourist attractions nearby. You don’t have to worry about food as there are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby that is if you wish to eat outside the hotel. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was nice and respectful. They spoke enough English so that we could understand. The breakfast buffet was good; although it did not change much from day to day. There were eggs, bread, bacon, waffles, fruit, yogurt, salads, coffee, juice, etc. There is a laundry room but with only 2 small washers and 1 small dryer. It is free though; they even provide the detergent. In summary, I would return to this hotel or maybe another Shilla Stay, 🙂"

"The stay was pleasant, and the driver who picked me up was very responsible. There was a minor issue with the bathroom: it was stocked with two bottles of shampoo but lacked body wash."

"Hotel was nice and clean. Water pressure for the shower was great and water was HOT. staff was very friendly and breakfast was yummy and a bit different every day. It was a good price for what you got for breakfast. We just ate there every morning. Loved the ladies running the buffet."
