Thank you very much for free upgrade for my wife’s family. I stay every time I visit Dalian. They stayed this hotel before visiting to Japan. The upgraded room was 200 square meter with two story. Father-in-law was so exciting to live one night stay very much. We difinitly stay this hotel again

The attitude of the front desk is to be improved. Compared to as other hotel i lived such as Ritz Carlton, the front desk persons lack friendly and warm speaking tune. The way they picked up the phone and the tune did not sound like they are friendly.
