"The room was great, clean, comfortable bed, window shades and curtains blocked out all of the light. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was as expected. Excellent location off the loop with quick access to highways 30 and 35W."

"They put us in a room across from the customer laundry. The door slammed to that room at least 200 times from 4:30 pm and up to around midnight. The walls are so thin whoever was above us stomped around into the wee hours of the morning. We thought it was construction going on outside. If we stay here again it wont be in that room!!!!"

"Facility is in need of major repairs, maintenance and basic cleaning. Room smelled like someone had just finished smoking something very potent in there, despite it being a “smoke free property”! Pool was “Closed” despite looking operational. Juice machine was “out of order” and no alternative was offered to drink with breakfast. Even the water dispenser was empty for the entire breakfast period, despite customer inquiries. No microwave in breakfast area to warm up water for the plain oatmeal. Bathroom flooring was peeling up with large cracks between the planks. Had to lay towels down to prevent feet from touching nasty debris in the crevices. On a positive note the beds were comfortable and place was quiet. Low priced, but for good reason!"

"German cockroaches everwhere, tv remote didn’t work or microwave . Broken shower curtain rod and needs new shower head.Over booked the rooms, I ordered single king and gave me double queen. Super friendly staff but definitely needs an exterminator for roach infestation "
