「We had a wonderful stay in Montignac-Charente. The apartment is a short walk to the town center and we enjoyed stopping in at the patisserie and the cafe. A full grocery store is a short drive away. 「Beware!! Do not rent this accommodation with VRBO. This is not a legitimate listing on here. We were scammed!!! We turned up and the managers knew nothing about our booking and had never used VRBO to rent it and it already had a long standing tenant there. We were met at the property, given all the details about the cottages and throughout, our hosts stayed in touch and were extremely helpful in providing information about eating out and activities in the area.
