Bonjour Ludovic, merci d'avoir pris le temps de donner votre avis. Nous sommes ravis que l'accueil ainsi que notre dîner vous aient convaincu! Nous sommes néanmoins déçus que votre séjour vous ait autant déplu et quelque peu surpris de votre commentaire sur les odeurs d'urine. Nous vous assurons que nos femmes de chambre travaillent dur afin de rendre notre petit hôtel le plus propre possible. Le train qui passe devant l'hôtel s'arrête le soir à 20h30 et est très pratique pour nos clients n'ayant pas de voiture. Nous sommes d'ailleurs désolés que vous ayez eu du mal à vous garer, malgré notre parking et toutes les places disponibles le long de la route des Gaillands. Nous avons pourtant beaucoup de chance comparé aux hôtels du centre ville ayant accès uniquement aux parkings payants qui sont souvent pleins. Quant au prix, nous faisons attention à rester toujours compétitifs et à rester en dessous du prix moyen proposé à Chamonix. En conclusion, nous espérons que vous reviendrez tout de même chez nous et c'est avec plaisir que nous vous proposerons une chambre plus spacieuse côté jardin. Certaines de nos salle de bains sont de petite taille, c'est pourquoi nous les avons rénovées l'été dernier, afin qu'elles soient le plus confortables possible pour nos clients. Monsieur, Madame Aube, C'était un plaisir de vous recevoir et nous sommes ravis de savoir que votre séjour vous a plu. Notre personnel, que ce soit au service, en cuisine ou au ménage, ne lésine pas pour rendre nos clients heureux! Nous sommes désolés pour la salle de bain cabine, celle-ci est effectivement un peu exiguë. Le reste de nos chambres comporte des salles de bains plus grande et nous ne vendons celle-ci seulement quand nous sommes plein. N'hésitez pas à rajouter un commentaire à votre prochaine réservation et nous nous assurerons que ayez une plus grande salle de bain. Good evening, Thank you for your review of our hotel. We are over the moon you liked it. Despite having the bus and train stops on our doorstep we do appreciate for some it may feel quite far out of the buzz of downtown Chamonix. However, hopefully we will see you back here soon. Hi Linda, Apologies for the delayed response to your fantastic review. Winter takes over here in Chamonix sometimes! We are super happy you enjoyed the food here, it is one of the aspects of the hotel we take immense pride in, along with our friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Apologies for the lack of soap in your room. We do in fact have extra soap and shampoo at reception and hopefully next time you come to us we can stock these up for you.
