The chalet features a large garden, a terrace with a large table, and an outdoor sauna, perfect for enjoying the great outdoors and panoramic mountain views.

The living room is located on the ground floor. Warmly decorated, it includes a relaxation area, a fireplace, an open kitchen, and a dining area, with stunning mountain views.
The dining table seats 12 people.

The kitchen has everything you need for comfortable cooking: hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, fondue and raclette sets, etc.

The chalet is equipped with a Nespresso machine, and a few capsules will be provided upon your arrival.

All linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).
Bedroom 1: On the ground floor. Has two single beds pushed together, storage space, and an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2: On the ground floor. Has a double bed, storage space, and a bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Upstairs. Has a double bed and storage space. Bedroom 4: Upstairs. It has two single beds.
Bedroom 5: On level -1. A cinema room with four single beds with 14cm-thick mattresses.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom in the hallway, as well as a separate toilet.

The accommodation has four bathrooms. Basic toiletries are provided (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, towels, bath mat).

The chalet has a washing machine and dryer, as well as a clothes horse and ironing equipment.

You have full access to the chalet during your stay. The garden is also private.

You can access the chalet on your own. However, we remain available for any questions or calls before and during your stay.

The property is located in a quiet area of โ€‹โ€‹Les Praz, close to the center of Chamonix and numerous hiking trails. It is also a short drive from the ski lifts and less than 5 minutes from the center of Chamonix.

You will need to navigate stairs inside the property.

Absolutely perfect! ๐Ÿ™

We had the best time staying here. Everything was so comfortable, it was easy to relax. We loved the location as it was quick to the slopes, but also so close to Chamonix to walk around and scout restaurants. I hope we will return again. It is a newly renovated property so everything is very comfortable including bathrooms and heating. It was a perfect vacation - despite me having to work most of the time while the family skied. Good internet, made working remote very easy. Thanks for a lovely stay! ๐Ÿ™
