Spacious, clean room with large en-suite shower room, although not too keen on the frosted glass wall through to the bedroom! Firm bed and pillows. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good situation for our visit to Plainpalais and the city centre.

There’s so much I like about this unassuming three star hotel. Firstly, it doesn’t have the pretentiousness of a big brand. Beautiful hotel and location, rooms are modern and spacious - fabulous views on higher floor. Only let down is front desk staff, they were quite rude and unhelpful. It didn’t spoil our stay but they could do with customer service training!

The hotel's location is exceptional, right near the walking street with all the beautiful shops. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are small, but completely adequate. If I return to Geneva, I will definitely stay here again.
