Renovated house located in the countryside, 8 km from the village of Challans and 6 km from the village of Commequiers. The accommodation is close to the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (20 km) and Saint-Jean-de-Monts (22 km), and 35 km from the Noirmoutier bridge.
The cottage, adjoining the owners' home, comprises a ground floor living/dining room/kitchen, a first bedroom (one double bed) with a shower and toilet, and a second bedroom (one queen-size bed) with a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, access via a covered staircase located in the entrance veranda leads to a third bedroom (one queen-size bed + two single trundle beds) with a shower room and separate toilet.
A glass door in the living room provides indoor access to the heated, covered swimming pool (3.20 x 7.20 m), open year-round. The pool area includes a shower and provides access to a fourth separate toilet. The pool water is salt-treated.
Outside, there is a fully enclosed garden, a gravelled courtyard with parking for several cars, a covered terrace (summer kitchen with barbecue, outdoor games), an uncovered terrace (tables and chairs, deckchairs), and a pétanque court.
A second wooded area opposite the house (garden furniture, hammocks).
Bicycles are available from the owners.
The house is surrounded by natural organic meadows on a hillside, with beef cows grazing from May to October. Heating included. Bed linen and towels provided.
