"Grande maison propice pour accueillir des grands groupes avec beaucoup de couchages et d’espace adaptés (salle à manger, salle de danse, espace extérieur etc). La conciergerie est très réactive et nous a aidé à régler les différents problèmes rencontrés. En revanche, deux bémols : - Le logement n’était pas très propre - La cuisine est trop petite, pas assez équipée et le frigo beaucoup trop petit par rapport à la capacité d’accueil de 24 personnes "

"Very reasonably priced and comfortable place to stay. Only a few steps away from Fosse Dionne and convenient to town and the train station. From this home base, we visited Dijon by train and Auxerre and Chablis by taxi. The place has everything you need. Two bedrooms are up a narrow flight of stairs which may pose difficulties for elderly people and the toilet is located on the first floor only. Very nicely decorated. "

"Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans la maison. Nous étions 2 mamans avec 4 enfants (10/11/14/15) Maison parfaite et conforme à l'annonce. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et très disponible du début à la fin (et même avant notre arrivée par téléphone). Il y a tous les équipements pour passer un bon moment. La piscine et le jacuzzi chauffés sont très propre. Le jardin aussi avec tous ce qu'il faut pour les enfants (ping pong, bagminton, pétanque, volley, vélos, jeux divers...) et faire oublier un temps...

"We had a very nice family get together in this spacious and beautiful house and garden. The house had a lived in feel and was generously provided which meant we had everything that we needed to enjoy our time together and the small children especially loved the enclosed garden with swings, a Wendy house and children’s toys and seats The proprietor very kindly picked us up from the station and gave us a warm welcome. We would certainly recommend it to other families."

"Sommes restés pour une nuit, avons failli rester plus longtemps car collés au sol de la cuisine. Location de gros volume, favorisant ainsi les rassemblements familiaux mais sans doute aussi les grosses fiestas qui mettent la maison dans un état lamentable. Quel dommage, car la maison et ses équipements sont faits pour passer un bon moment. Mais comment se sentir bien quand on trouve des restes dans les fours et de la vaisselle sale dans les placards ainsi que du verre dans la piscine?...

"Warm and friendly staff welcomed us even though we were checking in late. Beautiful room the most comfortable bed and fluffy soft towels. Great shower and toiletries. Everything looked just as you would expect from a 4 star hotel . I cannot fault this hotel . Decorated to high standard too. Friendly and accommodating and helpful. Keep up the good work . "

"Everything was great! We booked this place for our group of just under 30 people. We especially enjoyed the main room of the guest house, the terrace, the jacuzzi, and the pool. The kitchens are well-stocked and suitable for cooking large meals, especially if you make use of multiple of them at once. We'd recommend getting delivery in from a local supermarket if you don't have a car (as we didn't). The surrounding area is super peaceful and nice for walking in.It's worth noting that for the extra beds (for if you have more than about 22 people) you need to provide your own bedding, including duvets. We also had to pop out to buy some amenities that we thought might be provided (soap in the bathrooms, sponges for washing) on the first day, which wasn't a big problem, but you might want to bring some beforehand!Nevertheless, everything was great and me and my friends had a fantastic time!"
