The staff, including Eric and Carla, are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The only inconvenience is that it’s located far from everything and everyone. "The hotel is really quiet and clean. The breakfast is delicious. The beds are super comfortable. It's a very convenient location between San Jose and places like Jaco. "
