「La qualité des services de l'agence. Le chalet est magnifique, la distribution des chambres, la configuration du chalet, le sauna, la terrasse avec brasero, le balcon, la vue. "I booked 1night on Expedia, 2 more nights on Japanese travel agency. (Because next day we joined Japanese tour group)Hotel staff kindly arranged the same room, and we didn't have to move the room. Thank you for your kindness. The room was clean and comfortable. but... Even though Chamonix is at an altitude of 1,000 meters, Europe is getting hotter year by year, so I think air conditioning is necessary."

"朝食はビュッフェ形式で種類が豊富。7階の食堂からモンブランを眺めながら食事ができる。部屋は新しく綺麗。エアコン(クーラー)はなかった？部屋に入ると窓が開いていて涼しかった。閉めると暑いので、窓を開けて涼んでいた。立地は、Chamonix sudからは15分程度歩く。"

"レマン湖畔の眺めの素晴らしい５階に宿泊しました。優雅な雰囲気で広くてくつろげるお部屋です。ただ、小さいお子さんがベランダに出るのは、危ない思います。水辺の風景が好きな私は大変満足しました。水鳥が飛ぶ様子に一瞬日本の琵琶湖と錯覚してしまいました。"
