Cottage of memories

The cottage is located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Auvergne Volcanoes and the Brezons valley (the most beautiful trough valley in Europe).
This cottage is adjoining a cottage for 7 people and close to a farm, all in a preserved environment.
In the surrounding area you can observe the mountain flora and fauna (Plomb du Cantal, Brezons valley, Muratel waterfall, Albepierre waterfalls), practice downhill and cross-country skiing (Prat de Bouc resort, Lioran resort, Cézens cross-country skiing centre), enjoy the artificial lakes (Laussac peninsula, Lanau water sports centre). You can also visit the medieval cities of Murat and Saint-Flour, the spa resort of Chaudes-Aigues and the Garabit viaduct.
This cottage benefits from a semi-enclosed plot with terrace, barbecue, play area for children.
On the first floor, fitted kitchen separate from the living room dining room (40 m2), master suite with its adjoining shower room and separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140*190 and 1 bed in each, a relaxation room, a bathroom with baby equipment and separate toilet
In the attic, a dormitory with 6 single beds (possibility of making 3 double beds), bathroom with toilet.
