「Our check in was delayed by 2 hours. The house was filthy, the cleaners were there when we went to drop off our gear, and also said it was a very dirty house. They must have left the property after we left because the floors were not done at all. The were 4 loaves of mouldy bread that we threw out and there was a lot of clothes and other items that were left behind. We cleaned the bathrooms ourselves because they were so dirty. 「We stayed at Serenity Estate for a long weekend getaway for dad’s birthday! We were 8 adults and 2 babies - very spacious with multiple living rooms so it’s easy to be with a large group but still enjoy your own space. The place was immaculate and very clean. We loved spending time outside under the covered outdoor area. We brought with us some outdoor lawn games and there is plenty of space to enjoy them! The spa is also HUGE so very comfortably fits everyone in and the area is very peaceful...
