"Stay in the hotel was nice, we stayed two nights. Overall the service was great and staff was helpful. However the staff has very limited English skills, so the communication was fairly limited. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the savory choices available were very limited, and just mainly sweet things were there. Also, when they ran out no-one brought more of them. So just a note, don’t go for late breakfast or might be that all has ran out. 😔"

"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. "This hotel is my favorite in all of Europe. The hotel staff is unmatched. Christian, the manager, is outstanding! He was so helpful and so welcoming. All of the staff was incredible. The room was spotless as well. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable. It is in a great location of town too. Its very easy to walk to the restaurants and shops. The food at the hotel is incredible too. The breakfast offered plenty of variety and was delicious. The dinner was incredible and the bar happy hour was great too - great snacks and fantastic cocktails! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!"

"The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not come out. I gave a hello-still nothing. After ringing the bell, she came out after a minute and glared at us. Not a great welcome."
