"Amazing staff — always smiling and helpful! I would definitely stay here again. They even provide a packed breakfast for early tours, even at 4 a.m.!"

"Quarto novo, limpo e silencioso. Funcionários muito atenciosos. O hotel não está no centro histórico, porém, fica muito próximo, 15 a 20 minutos caminhando da plaza de armas."

"Room is clean, beds are confortable. Staff is friendly! Their strongest points are wifi (the fastest I’ve had in Peru so far) and shower (consistent hot water and good pressure)."

"I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms.
However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...

"Hotel staff failed to make wake-up calls on two days (causing me to miss my scheduled tours). Also, and worse, I was over-charged for my room. I paid cash ($40) when I walked in and registered for one night. After checking out the next day I decided to go online and book for three nights ($32 per night via Expedia, to be paid directly to hotel upon checkout). When I checked out three days later the desk clerk demanded that I pay $40 per night (the price I had paid for my earlier stay). Avoid...

"This is a budget hotel - but the value and service for the price cannot be beat. I stayed here for 6 nights when I was in Cusco and my single room was private, clean, private bathroom with plenty of hot running water and in a very convenient location. The area is convenient for the main attractions of Cusco - however it would not be suitable for everyone. The markets that run outside the hotel on both sides attract a lot of people and it’s busy and could be a little intimidating for some. I...

"This is a guest house- meaning owned by a single family, whom you will meet (the two sons and their cat were our "welcome committee." The area is not in the tourist zone, but it is quite safe. There is a shop across the street to buy water, soda, snacks, and Ronaldo provides an excellent breakfast. The beds are new and great, and the blankets thick and warm. The wifi works great in the common area, we would recomend a repeater or moving the router higher in the building to better reach the...

"The room was large with a very large bathroom as well. It did not have a walk-in shower, but more of a tub shower. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and well kept up and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with significant variety and fresh cooked options, which is an omelette station. They also had regional food for breakfast, which was fun. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was fantastic. My only complaint was the rooms at the front of the buildings are not insulated all that well, and you could hear the noise on the street. The rooms in the front of the building did have a balcony with a view of the city, which was nice."
"The Union Hotel was great! The hotel is one block away from San Pedro Market and San Pedro station as well as a 10 mins walk from the Plaza de Armas. Its a great place to be to in Cusco of you prefer to be a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the City. They also have a cute patio with events most days of the week. A plus is that you can order a car from the airport and back.
The rooms are cute and spacious. The beds pretty standard but not over the top. I didn't know I needed a rainfall shower but that was a nice surprise. Anyway stay here! The staff, including Juan, Abelina, and Daniella, are nice and very accommodating whether English or Spanish speaking 💜"

"The staff was amazing! Concierge service was great, constantly asking if there was anything we needed! Had our lunch ready at 3am for a day of tours! "
