The residence has private direct access to the sea, ideal for divers, hikers and nature lovers. It is located 8 km from the Spanish border, between Banyuls-sur-Mer and Cerbère.



A bus service, available 200 m from the residence, allows you to travel from Cerbère to Perpignan and visit the entire coast without using your car.



The village is pedestrian for the safety of children, and cars are parked in an outside parking lot, subject to availability. Spaces for people with reduced mobility are located right in front of our apartments.



Cerbère is 4 minutes away by car and Banyuls is 10 minutes away.



The marine reserve is accessible by swimming from the residence. The marine trail is 300 m away, on Peyrefite beach.



In 2026, the residence will be located at the heart of the nature reserve, as part of its expansion project up to the Spanish border.
