"Horrible Experience - Stay Away! Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. We had booked two deluxe quadruple rooms, expecting a comfortable stay, but what we encountered was shocking. One of the rooms was completely uninhabitable due to a cockroach infestation, forcing all four of us to cram into the other room. Even the room we stayed in was in terrible condition: 1. The toilet seats were filthy and clearly not cleaned. 2. The bedsheets had hair on them, showing a complete lack of hygiene. 3. The room was extremely smelly, making it uncomfortable to stay in. 4. To make things worse, the flush didn’t work, and we had to use the bathroom in another room. We tried reaching out to the hotel staff for assistance, but no one responded to our requests. The level of neglect and lack of basic hygiene was shocking for a property claiming to offer “deluxe” accommodations. This was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever experienced. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and strongly urge others to avoid it at all costs."
