Clean, spacious room, very comfortable bed and kind, helpful staff

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, and great location but the most incredible part of this stay was arriving off an overnight and being given a room at 10am!!! Their normal check in is already nice and early at 1pm as is it but they were so nice to give us the room so early! Made all the difference in our stay.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff who are attentive and provide an excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and the niche touches of sweets and water in reception and the complimentary minibar for night one are a memorable touch. This is my second stay at this lovely hotel and I can’t recommend it enough.

Every detail reflected thoughtful design and care. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the staff were knowledgeable and kind, making our trip in Milano as unique experience. 💬 Final Thoughts In a world where luxury often feels impersonal, this hotel stands out for its heart. The staff didn’t just provide service—they created connection. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels this genuine. I left feeling not just rested but truly cared for.

Good location walking distance to Piazza Duomo. Hotel is nice and clean except you can hear the rush of flowing water from the wall. Good breakfast in their restaurant located on the top floor with excellent views. Staff was helpful except during check in when I mentioned that I have Expedia VIP status, they kind of just laughed and said “Ok, so?” I told them I’m supposed to mention it when I check in. Anyway, I asked again later on in the day and I was told to just pick a bottle of wine or prosecco from the mini fridge. There were no wines in the fridge. There was a small bottle of Prosecco so I just didn’t bother at all.
