「We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "立地と価格で選びましたが、清潔でスタップの対応も良くとても快適な滞在ができました。 12時ごろ着き、荷物だけ置くつもりでしたがすぐチェックインさせてもらえました。またポルトでのレストランの予約をお願いしたら快く電話してくれました。あまり期待していなかった朝食も気が利いていて美味しかったです。ロビーにはウォーターサーバーがあり、暑い中いつでも水が補充できて助かりました。アメニティにスリッパがあり、バスタブが大きかったのも嬉しかったです。"

"最近閉鎖されたコインブラA駅から徒歩5-6分です。ポルトガル国鉄（CP）のコインブラB駅の駅前から、コインブラA駅には無料のシャトルバスが頻発しています。 12時頃に到着しましたが、部屋にチェックインさせて頂き、助かりました。部屋にはスリッパ、歯ブラシはありません。朝食は予約していませんでしたが、10ユーロで利用可能です。"
