No air-conditioning, and we were overcharged

The hotel is in a wonderful location; convenient to walk to multiple areas in Copenhagen. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. We would stay here again.

Location is fantastic, and the property is in great condition, especially considering it only opened last year. Rooms are generously sized and well equipped, with a nod to eco-friendliness. Service is what’s lacking compared with many other five-star hotels. For example, check-in upon our late-night arrival was delayed due to a lack of staff. Busy and perhaps a bit overhyped, it felt more transactional than like a hotel that prioritizes personalized relationships.

No air conditioning, my room was stifling. There was no tub or shower stall. The shower was a drain on the bathroom floor with a shower curtain across it and was small. I had to lay a bath towel across the floor next to the shower curtain to ensure the small bathroom floor was not totally covered in water. There was something that looked like feces in the toilet when I checked in, but the staff told me I must be mistaken, said something about the pipes and water in the hotel. The staff was nice and the breakfast okay, but I would not recommend this hotel. I

I can't really fault this place as a hostel. All the locks are operated using sophisticated web technology (so don't forget to carry your phone at all times), the capsule/bed was small but comfortable and the toilets and showers were all surprisingly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and, importantly, available 24-hours a day. They even have a events for solo travellers, though I was only there for one night so I didn't attend. Couldn't really ask for much more!
