「Great hotel and amazing staff」

「３階に泊まりましたが、エレベータが無いのは大変。 ホテルの入り口が裏路地なので、わかりづらかった。 表通りが、歩行者専用のだから仕方ないが。」

「Nice atmosphere, nice and modern interior albeit in a thoughtful traditional way. Only thing that I and my colleagues whom also stayed think that needs to be improved is the ventilation of the rooms, it needs AC system. In summer it gets pretty “hot” in the rooms. Also I can’t remember seeing any info on booking site about my room having a very steep staircase. OK for me but not if you are having mobility issues.」

「I was surprised this hotel was not full during our stay. It seemed a great value to me, and the decor featuring extensive wood carving was impressive. 「A room was clean and large. Somehow the towel in use was not replaced with a new one, so I dropped it on the floor clearly. Reception service is particularly good. It was better if there was a coin laundry for long-term stay.」

「Absolutely lovely people, great food and heaps to do within walking distance」

「旧市街地観光で２泊した。市街から離れたスポーツリゾート宿泊施設だがhotels.comではエアコン付きとのことでタクシー代が嵩むが予約。しかしチェックイン時にもめた。「エアコンはスイートルームにしかないので予約シートにはエアコンありとは書いていない。基台の勘違いである云々」との言い分でしたが、小生の予約ページを見せたら「これはひどい間違いだ！」と絶句してました。ゲストに迷惑かけて申し訳ない。本日はスイート満室なので翌日ならば無償で部屋を替えますと申し出てくださいました。幸い猛暑が一段落し涼しくなったので安い部屋に留まりましたが猛暑が続いていたら熱中症になったかもしれません。なお旧市街までタクシー3ユーロ、駅まで4.2ユーロで余計な出費。 しかしテニスコートやプールなど楽しい宿です。スタッフは真面目。朝食は可もなく不可もなく並である。」
