"Check in time on website is 1400. Went to check in 1400 was told room not ready, no sorry just told to go away and come back later. Was told that they would text when room was ready received text just after 1500 still no apology for delay to check in. Went to check in still no apology for room not being ready but the check out time was highlighted on paperwork."
