「鉄道利用でロングリーチに着き、ホテルの送迎をしていただきました。列車は当初3時間遅れで、結局30分遅れまで回復したのですが、それでもチェックイン終了時刻を過ぎての到着で不安でしたが、駅までの送迎をしていただきました。また、翌日も他のゲストの方々とは異なる出発だったにもかかわらず、町までの送迎をしていただき大変助かりました。レセプションで時間を持て余していると、お水を差し入れてくれたり、プールを案内してくれたりと、ホスピタリティには大変満足し、アウトバックでのひと時を快適に過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました。」

「This place was exactly what I needed with my 2 dogs on our drive between the Gold Coast and the Whitsundays. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was quiet once I went to sleep, I do sleep with earplugs in otherwise you may hear some noise from the Highway and trains. The only downfall was the shower pressure was painful - one spout came out so strong it felt like razor blades to my skin and the rest was dribbling so I was unable to enjoy a shower. I brought this up with the staff...

「Tge place was aged but the rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. Lady at reception was nice. The courtyard was a nice place to site and read and have a drink.」
