"We did for the second time stay here and the property owners are great people, but on our last stay with 2 weeks prior notice had to bring the dates forward by 1 day and was charged $70 for the change , we will not be using Stayz ever again."

"The property is a nice modern unit tucked in behind a traditional home and another unit down a lane way. We had some trouble locating it in the night, from the online information. Once we found it, it was very comfortable and well maintained, with all that we needed for our stay. The location is good, not far from the Panthers leagues club and Ox and Park pubs for meals, and quite close to the centre of town. Overall a lovely interior with great beds and facilities and in a great location....

"The unit is located close to a great cafe and the CBD of Orange. It is clean and comfortable. We had an issue with an outside drain causing a nasty smell after we used the shower. Once we informed the property manager they were straight onto it, wasn't fixed before we left. Hopefully it is now."

"This charming unit was a delight to stay at. In its old worldly environment but with all the mod cons we desired. With its privacy but convenience to all Millthorpe has to offer. We look forward to staying there again and pet friendly which is a bonus. Thank you for having us"

"They certainly catered for your every need. Can't think of a thing that I needed which wasn't there. Kitchen had everything (except a silicon flipper for your eggs). They even has a x3 makeup mirror. I was impressed with that. The only issue we had was with the hard beds, as we are use to softer ones."

"Beautifully furnished property. But some shortcomings in that there were few instructions for access to garage or appliances. Some windows were difficult to open, and the gas cooktop didnt work. Just needs a good check before letting ,otherwise a very lovely stay."

"Our trip was to pick cherries for the adventure so finding this apartment within our budget was great. The stairs we needed to climb took a while but once we were in the apartment looking clean and suitable for 3 ladies was excellent. With the weekend to be very hot the main air conditioner worked for us but the main bedroom air con gave way to the heat but we still had fans to manage the nights sleep.
