"Pool was overcrowded and there were no towels available from 4 pm onward. We were told that they were being washed but they were never restocked and the dirty towel pile just grew Grouos staked out the pool and stayed for hours. The building appears worn- carpets, doors, room decor. "

"Second time staying at this hotel and have had nothing but a great experience. Staff is super friendly. Room is always clean and the shower head pressure is great. The only issue was that the button on the bedside phone to call down to the front desk did not work, but other than that, everything was great. I will be staying there again."

"You get what you pay for, parking was easy, room was a little dirty, they could do a better job cleaning but overall not terrible. Walking distance to Universal, we walked there and back, no issues. "

"wasn't happy about how expensive the stay is, plus have to pay a $35 fee per day, (credited $18 if used on their bar, coffee or upstairs bar). Great location if you need to go to the convention or crypto but too expensive for the experience!!"
