「Superb! We stayed on route back to Czech from Turkey and so pleased we booked here. The rooms are wonderful with good beds and pillows (a must for my wife) and great restaurant and breakfast. The service was equally as good with all the staff helpful and particularly Daniel and Milan in the restaurant who genuinely made us feel welcome and relaxed after 9 hours of travelling. Thank you and highly recommended!」

「The room was fine and overall the stay was pleasant. However, the parking situation was very misleading. We booked with “included parking,” only to find out upon arrival that this meant street parking, subject to availability. There were no spaces, so we had to drive around the neighborhood late at night searching for parking. Very frustrating, especially after a long journey. The parking policy should be made much clearer when booking.」

「Here’s a Hotels.com-style review with a slightly more detailed, balanced tone: Disappointing stay with major comfort and service issues Our stay started off on a concerning note, as we were asked at check-in to leave a positive review in exchange for free sauna access. We were required to post the review immediately—before even receiving our room key—which felt misleading and unprofessional. The room itself was visually nice, and the beds were comfortable. However, the air conditioning did...

「Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique.」
