"３泊しました。洞窟ホテルということで、雰囲気はとても良いです。また、高台に位置しているので、ホテルから街を眺めることができます。 日本語が出来るスタッフの方がひとりいて、とても助かりました。そのせいか、他の日本人の滞在客もいました。 滞在中、部屋のマイクアップが夕方になっても出来ていないことが１回あり、少し困りました。ツアーから戻り、疲れていたので、早くリラックスしたかったです。30分後くらいにはやってもらいましたが。 全体として、眺めと雰囲気の良い高級な洞窟ホテルという印象です。ハネムーンにもオススメ出来ると思います。"

"The air conditioner was broken and no cold air came out. I claimed the problem and the hotel staff checked it, but they said it was "working" and that it was just blowing air, and of course there was no cold air coming out. I booked this hotel without realizing that it was a non-smoking hotel, so I spent the whole night in a hot, muggy room with a broken air conditioner. The unbelievable experience continued when the staff double-booked my room and assigned it to another guest, who opened the door to my room while I was there. We looked at each other and together we put in a complaint to reception. Also, strangely, there is no trash can in the room. Although it was only one night, I would not recommend it for foreign travelers."
