"Property owner was communicative and property was as advertised. Living room is not very well-furnished (one pretty ragged couch and a very small corner armchair, no rugs or coffee table, extra seating has to be brought in from the dining room) but the property did have everything we needed. 9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (18 reviews)
"My husband and I were in town for a long weekend watching a tournament at University of Dayton. This home was small but the location was perfect for what we needed, we were very close to campus and also to many of the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife. With the unique layout of the home, having to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, I would not recommend to more than a couple or maybe small family. It worked perfectly for us and we would definitely stay again should we be back...

The Hope Hotel and Richard C. Holbrooke Conference Center

The Hope Hotel and Richard C. Holbrooke Conference Center

10/10 Excellent
"It is a wonderful safe area to stay. I enjoyed how clean the rooms were. It smelled so good just walking in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely sized and offered just what I was looking for. It was also very convenient that I was able to visit several different cities in multiple directions without being subjected to the bigger cities. I loved my stay and will stay here again and again."
