Welcome to Locke Lake Ski & Swim! This renovated lakefront home offers a private beach with gentle lake entry, perfect for families. Enjoy rafts, beach toys, kayaks, paddle boards, plus a pedal boat and row boat for exploring the water. Great fishing in summer and ice‑fishing in winter. Four bedrooms include a king bed, two queen beds, and a bunk room with four twins and two floor mattresses. Two full baths provide a shower or bath. The fully equipped kitchen features appliances, cookware, coffee maker and grill utensils, along with a dining table. The living area has Wi‑Fi, TV, and board games. A seasonal garage game room offers shuffleboard, ping pong, darts, and foosball. Linens and towels, and beach towels are provided, along with a free washer and dryer. Outside, relax on the private patio and backyard with fire pit, furniture and BBQ grill. 2 Kayaks, 1 paddle board, and a peddle boat are all available for you to use. Self‑check‑in via keypad. Just 15 minutes south of Lake Winnipesaukee and 30 minutes from Gunstock Mountain, this home is perfect for year‑round escapes.
