"The place was nice, clean and cold. Does not have a full kitchen. It does have a fridge and microwave. It sleeps 7 to 8 people but only has 1 bathroom. It is walking distance to shopping and food restaurants. We arrived at 12:35 had lunch and waited around for 3:00 pm. The only thing I didn’t not like was that they do not let you check in at least 30 minutes early. That was my only issue. "

"Nice, cute apartment style. Has everything you’ll need during your stay including free off- street parking. No elevator so you might get stuck climbing 2 flights of stairs if you get an apartment up top. A/Cs only in the rooms so make sure you leave the doors open before you head out on your adventures. We were only there to sleep and shower so we never really interacted with staff or needed anything. Small convenience store across the street open late which came in handy. "

"The property was clean. The Staff we're all amazing. They made sure to check in with you every day. If anything was needed it was done with no hesitation. Three of us stayed for 6 nights. The bathroom was a bit small and not much room to put clothes away but thats not to much of a problem. We would definitely stay there again in the future. 15 minute walk to the port of old san Juan if you didn't want to drive there. "

"It was three of us in a room. Air-conditioner seemed to not stay the same temperature during the night, and parking sucked, and shower floor wasnt leveled so water kept running out. Otherwise, clean room, excellent location, lots of options to eat, owner was very clear and helpful. Will definitely stay there again."

"This property was pretty great. Family oriented and had everything we needed included beach materials. Hair product , kitchen materials and and seasonings and the ac works great. A lot of pools and options for people who stay. The rain may have cut the electricity off for a few hours which was a bit like um ok. But over all they got it back up and was happy . It’s a bit far like 30-50 min from San Juan and other areas but definitely worth it. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and cozy. The beach was close and we walked to a couple of restaurants that were great. It was nice having the pool there as well. Nice place to stay for 2 adults or a family with young children. Everything was great!"

"This hotel was exactly what I expected. At first I was afraid because the hallways weren’t nice looking so u thought my room wasn’t going to meet my expectations, but I must say the room beautiful completely different from what yonder when you first arrive at the hotel. I had the 2ned 2bath suite with an ocean view and it was clean and well decorated. I felt at home. The only down side to this hotel was the pool was closed. I would definitely recommend and I will be returning soon. "

"Customer service was great. We enjoyed the view from our oceanfront room, the pictures does it no justice! There are plenty of walkable restaurants and a Uber to old San Juan and to/from the airport were under $10. The only concern we had was there wasn’t a microwave or refrigerator in the room. There is a stocked mini fridge but not a separate one for guests to utilize. During the week, in September, there isn’t much going on at the resort. It was really quiet, which was good for us this trip....
