The location was perfect. The building is very tired. The one thing that I would mention is that the shower come bathroom area is quite dangerous in that you have a high ‘lip’ to climb over and the shower is rammed against the end. It is quite slippy in the bath and is not suitable if you are elderly or have lower limb issuses TV is low end but so what. Staff were very helpful and always upbeat.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and asked for an IRON 3 separate times and my request was NEVER FULFILLED. I was literally told to go down to the basement to use the iron, no thanks i just wore wrinkled clothes. This has NEVER happened to me in my 60 years of life staying in hotels!! Unfortunately, the WORST part of my stay was that i was speaking on the phone and the front desk called to say they received a complaint about noise. Are you even kidding? I am a woman with a soft voice, and i am being told i am talking too loud? I was merely on the phone. Do you think I wasnt hearing others talking in the hallways etc. i live in Texas and attend football games and people run up and down screaming at all hours am pm etc and i receive a call saying i am talking too loud in my own room that is NOT CHEAP. A DEFINITE FIRST for me to EVER HAPPEN! Wow just wow!! Beware of VERY thin walls and bring your own iron because they cant afford to furnish them.

When arriving the room we checked into wasn’t cleaned fully. Bed sheets were soiled but the rest of the room seemed to have been reset. Staff at reception were helpful in checking us into another room as an upgrade (larger room). AC was very poor in the room so it was quite hot for the duration of the stay. Location of the hotel was perfect and we spent very little time in the hotel itself over the course of the TDFF weekend.
