Waterfront with private dock, hottub, & swim mat, 3 miles to the Beach.

  • Romantic or Family getaway, this home has it all. Hot tub, fire pit, private dock with Boat lift and unbelievable sunsets over the beautiful waterway. Relax, swim, play, kayak, etc, you will never be bored. We provide a swim mat for endless fun. Large parking area behind the home. Bring your boat or rent our kayaks and visit Sharks tooth island (1/4 mile away) or go spend the day at a beautiful sandbar! 3 miles to beaches, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune,15 miles to Aquarium & Fort Macon.

    We love your furry family as well and would love to accomadate them, there is a 100.00 fee - 3 dogs max and we do ask that they not be allowed on the comforters.

    Every room in this home has beautiful views. The master bedroom has one entire wall of windows from where you can see the Intracoastal waterway. Desk can also be used as an office. Kitchen is open to the dining area with a table and chairs. We provide a pack n play, a high chair, toys, & games for the little people. Our home does sit on a busy road, but once you pull in the driveway you feel completely secluded.

    Sleeping Arrangements: Mstr - King Bed/ 2nd Bedrm - Two Twins/ 3rd Bedrm - Full/
    4th Bedrm (Bunk House) - Full Futon & Twin/ Living Rm - Full sofa bed and One Queen Air mattress

    Downtown Swansboro is 1/4 mile away. If you have a boat you can drive to Swansboro, tie the boat to the dock and enjoy a delicious meal. If you pull a boat, getting into the driveway with a trailer can be a little tricky but it can be done. We have pulled our 20ft dually, even a 32ft camper in there. 3 miles to Emerald Isle beach, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. Every now and then on a King Tide the water can rise to about an inch on the driveway, but recedes quickly with the tide change.
    1. 350.00 Penalty for unauthorized pets.
    2. No unauthorized guests allowed without owners approval.
    3. No unauthorized events (you will be asked to leave the property).
    4. Smoking allowed outside only, please no smoking inside.
    5. Please keep cover on Hot tub, this helps it to retain heat.

My stay was amazing here. I loved the scenery and the privacy in the back. The house was very clean and made me and my guest feel like we were at home. The house isn’t far from plenty of restaurants to eat at. I loved house the house came with the bunk house for people to stay in also. The owners provided shampoo, conditioner and soap in each shower.

We had a wonderful weekend trip at this property! The sunset at the dock in the back yard was lovely and the house was a quick drive from the beach. The host was accommodating and quick to respond.

The property was very family and pet friendly! Contact with the host was great! View was amazing even in the rain. The house could have used a bit more thorough cleaning as we found socks under beds, and in the pull out couch and some dishes were dirty when removing them from the cupboard but overall we could deal with it. There are only 3 bathrooms.

Cedar Point Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great with views of the water on both sides of the house. We were very close to activities and restaurants nearby. Hopefully can book a longer stay later.

Good Overnight Location

Stayed for one night for a short business trip. Hot tub was much needed for relaxing after our day and the living area was very inviting to sit and talk and play games. Great little spot for what we needed!

Amazing weekend

Had a great time with great friends. The dock made it super easy to load people on the boats and was a great place to hang out in the evenings. Will definitely be staying again.

True hidden gem

We loved this place SO much. Our family has made lots of memories at the crystal coast, and now staying here is one of them. The Christmas tree was such a cute surprise too, definitely made us all smile after a long long day of driving. Would most definitely love to stay here again.

Loved it!

Lived nearby the property a few years back and had a retirement ceremony to attend on base. It was just my dog and I, and it couldn’t have been any better! It was in a great location, clean and spacious, and the next time I have a reason to head back to NC I will definitely hope to stay here again… highly recommended!

Wonderful property!

This was a great house on the water, a short drive to the beach but also direct water access to drop our kayaks in and paddle out to the little islands. The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and toys and games for the kids. What a great relaxing trip!

Fishing on “our” pier

Loved the master suite coffee bar and the separate room was great! The best was catching lots of fish off the dock!
