"Good place to stay"

"Yes parking was easy and room temperature was perfect"

"No chairs on balcony. No spare trash can liners. Restaurant was not well staffed. One waitress who started she was doing three jobs causing delays in getting our food. All carts were stored on first floor entrance and none at handicap rear entrance. No freezer to keep ice packs necessary for meds. No diet sodas in vending machines. Toilet seat would not stay up kept falling down. Air conditioner stopped working but repaired in a timely manner b staff. No information provided at check in about services available or on site or in ares such as dining or entertainment. A little disappointing. Would revisit . Location was great. Easy access to pier and surrounding beaches."

"Bathroom was bad. Mold in tub and dirty. Toilet didn't work good. Had to go to front desk to get a TV remote. Breakfast was not that good."

"The room was disgusting. And you could hear every little thing going on. The pictures are not telling the truth. There was crumbs on the furniture, hair on the shower and bed and mysterious goop on the walls and chairs. Would not recommend. "

"They say one bad apple spoils the bunch, well if there are 2 bad apples then it completely ruins your trip. Which is exactly what happened in my case. The creepy and low vibe hotel manager Walt and his minion Kristina decided that they would prefer to sell my room again and fabricated a series of lies about my children misbehaving and disturbing other guests. I know they are lies, because they happened to be with me the entire time. When I challenged Walt on his assertions, he acquiesced but I had already packed cleaned up the room and packed the car. Regardless, the whole thing was beyond bizarre and didn’t feel comfortable staying there knowing there was such a dishonest creep running the show. Do not stay there if he’s at all associated with the hotel. Upper management definitely needs to make immediate changes to their staff. "

"Stayed for one night and I have no complaints. Check in and check out was smooth and the employees were super friendly. Room was clean. There were many breakfast options. Would stay again. "

"The good..great price and great location with plenty of restaurants near by..the bad..not a place for a few days stay. People living there and arguing and fighting all hours of the night..the ugly..nonresponsive staff to ac not working and shower drain clogged..said they would send someone and never did. I had to take drain apart and clean it myself in order to be able to shower..guess you get what you pay for."

"The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was near several excellent restaurants. The staff was very helpful. The only hiccup was when one of the elevators quit working and we had to use the one that was furthest from our room."
